since it's so blasted hot here
i've taken things into my own hands.
all day i've been listening to music that reminds me of fall:
i even listened to robert frost read some of his poems about
fall & winter.
i've been "window" shopping through catalogs of
tweed, herringbone, wool, and argyle.
{please, please hurry fall!}

Ann Marie - Of course I remember you, That was Holly Jo's Mom I was with when I ran into you and your mother at my 'little shop around the corner' bookstore - The King's English. I remember you said you and your husband live in California and now it looks like he's off to The Philippines?!! What's that all about?
Holly Jo's Mom, Linda and I have 'excellant adventures' every Thursday, so I usually see Holly then. I was there on Brighton's Birthday and saw her on the floor with Brights watching dog videos. It was so cute.
I love all your photos. I scrolled through them and you are really a very sensitive and artistic photographer - and your writing is so spontaneous and seemingly effortless. What talent! May I share your bit about Georgia O'Keefe with my cousin, Cheryl Hughes?
Thanks for the Hello,
Kathy
Those are awesome photos!!!!!!!!
I miss America right now...
