Tree-ology

7.09.2008

I have a habit of buying wedding magazines. They are oh so pretty, and give good ideas for any party or gift. Anyway, I picked up the current Martha Stewart Weddings magazine yesterday and found a real treat. It is a Celtic version of astrology. You find what tree corresponds with your birthday, and you get to learn a little something about yourself. Find out here.

I am a Maple Tree:
(independence of mind) full of imagination and orignality, shy and reserved, ambitious, proud, self-confident, hungers for new experiences, sometimes nervous, has many complexities, good memory, learns easily, complicated love life, wants to impress.
Do you think that's pretty close? I'll take the compliments, and laugh at my complexities.

i think you stole mine. officially, mine is an elm, but as soon as i saw "likes making decisions for others," among a few other things, i knew it was wrong...fun anyway.

p.s. the closest we got to sacramento on the tour was oakland...also, you probably know this, but my sister, laura is on a mission in santa rosa, which borders the sacramento mission. longest post script of my life. love your blog.

So fun! I'm a weeping willow, which is great cuz I think those are the prettiest of trees.

That was so fun! I have a thing with trees. One of my very favorites things in this world. I am a Rowen tree!
