Oh!
Ann Marie!
I am just so moved by your words.
Spoken as if they were from my very own HEART...but I could never speak them so elequantly.
Happy Restful Weekend to you too!
Delighted...so delighted to know where you are!
xxooxx
beautiful, gentle softness ...
Beautiful pictures and beautiful words.
wonderful pictures, and such a great inspiration!
Thanks for visiting-- I'm so charmed by your trees and your lakeshore. I always think of this part of spring, while not monochromatic, as the part that's grey-er than March and April. All my baby fruit trees are cold little sticks with flowers-- totally surreal these mornings where the fog is so low to the ground. Your pictures are wonderful.
I love reading your words here, and seeing your pictures... I've never met you, but I feel like we should have. I found your blog through Melissa Shipp Thatcher's blog-- I played in the symphony with her at USU, and it seems like you and I circulated in the same spheres here in Logan, but I guess I never met you in the presence of Phil and Mo and all them. I wish I had! (And you also know Elise and Eric who now reside and teach school in NYC?) I wanted to thank you for your careful, deliberate art. What you say and post here helps others to create beautiful things.
the first photo is precious...
beautiful photos and text. thanks.
Goodness, to live through your eyes for just one day would be heaven! I LOVE how you see things and connect your feelings to them... And yes, despite all the 'rise and shine, it's a lovely day' thing I've been brainwashed with since childhood, I'd choose my misty and foggy morning any day...
I feel relaxed just reading your blog. Today I dressed in flannel and ate pickles and popcorn and paid no attention to the sodium content....not healthy but very yummy!

I love your blog!

xxo, kim
Gorgeous pictures! I especially love the last one and the words - laugh, run, rest, renew. We should all do that!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and I'm glad to have found yours!
pretty macro shots!
Your photos and your words of inspiration are welcome wholeheartedly. My hubby and I started walking to a walking exercise DVD almost two weeks ago. There has been so much snow and so cold it was not comfortable to walk outside. But yesterday the sun came out! Today it is 27 degrees F already. Hooray. With snow melting we can walk outside some today. The birds are singing and so am I!
I have been following your blog for awhile now (I think Google Reader recommended your blog to me) and I have to tell you how much I love it! Your posts and photographs are so inspiring. This post in particular called out to me. Thank you for writing so beautifully and for sharing your point of view with your words and art. I think it probably would be nice to meet you in person and hold conversations with you because you sound so lovely.
You have inspired me to become a better writer and photographer, to slow things down and to enjoy things more fully.
I am especially in love with your woman series!
Please keep up with fantastic posts!
