we're moving a whole 4 doors away...how do you pack for such a small move? well, you don't. you just walk back and forth a lot.

As a recently-moved woman, I envy this possibility. I'd take lots of walking over packing/unpacking any day of the week! I have visions of you picking up something in your old place, walking to the new place and lovingly putting it in it's new spot in your new home. By the end of the day, you are all moved, things are where they belong, and you eat a giant bowl of cherries.
If this isn't how it turns out, don't tell me. I can't bear it!

Good luck ... I asked CJ what you were up to and he said "moving"! It sounds like a lot of work in the heat of Sacramento. I hope you are taking advantage of the pool.
