I LOVE it so much Ann Marie! I just commented there too. I can't wait to try all of your recipes. And I couldn't agree more with everything you said! Yes, yes, and yes! Bravo! So much good advice that I hadn't thought of or really needed to be reminded of! I've been seriously slacking in the kitchen and feel soooo motivated and inspired again, so thank you thank you! You write in such a beautiful, moving way that doesn't feel forceful or preachy at all. It's perfect. Can I do a link to your post on my blog?

That was great! I am excited to try your recipes!! We are moving up to Idaho this weekend and I will be in my own kitchen for the first time in a long time. I'm excited to try all your recipes and continue my new way of living. I haven't done away with meat completely but by just increasing my veggies and fruit, I can understand why it is not needed. I think it will be a lot easier without others who think I'm crazy for not wanting a bag a chips from the pantry and being able to control the food in my fridge! Thanks for all of that!!

I'm sooooo excited about the almond milk!!! I can't believe how easy it is. I'm going to always have this in my fridge now.
