Am I the only one who takes personal offense when people take a tone of comtempt when they talk about rain? I just heard a coworker say she HATES *this* weather and I felt like she said something mean about my mom :(

the weekend was wonderful...gathering beautiful things, meeting friends old and new, drawing, stitching and just generally being ok with going slow...it was bliss.
p.s. i'm so happy to have found you...pia always leads me to lovely places.
I was very glad of the rain - spent it making soups and vegetable bakes, meeting family and making huge inroads into The Lacuna. A very satisfying weekend!
