it's snowing in utah...where i grew up.
i always look for snow to tell me that
halloween is upon us.
this year it has totally snuck up on me,
i had no idea that october was so close to its end.
the first snow.
i miss it.
terribly.
the end of my complaining for the day.

funny, the thing i remember aboud halloween is wondering if it would be cold enough to wear something with my costume. we are struggling with heat. all the different perspectives of the season.
I had the same reaction when I heard it was snowing there. I'll totally join in on the complaining. We are still up in the 90's here. Ugh.
These photos are beautiful and I wish it was cooler here. But I am glad it's not snowing.

I just heard from a friend that she was loving seeing snow on the mountains in Utah and I realized how much I miss the Wasatch Range.
That's odd, I'm from the Bay Area and just stumbled upon your blog and was getting so homesick looking at your year round market pictures...then I reached this one. I live in Utah now and did actually enjoy the snow last week, but I'd trade it in a heartbeat to be where you are.
