perhaps i peaked your curiosity a bit much about my goings on these days. i'm not involved in any grand project, or taking photos that are more than the usual. in fact, i'm not taking many photos at all.
i had planned to. but i am a bit disappointed that there are no wintry-december scenes to photograph. we're still early september here as far as the weather goes. i'm ready for new scenery. so it's been a bit difficult to continue photographing the same things over and over again. this is one reason i love all four season: they bring change and a newness with them.
i've also been spending my time doing small, unexciting things: reading books i've been meaning to read for years, decorating my little apartment for christmas, writing things that will most likely never be published, and finally finishing some applications for more school. it's really been lovely.
hopefully i will be inspired soon to take more photos. until then, i think i will try posting in the evening, after i've enjoyed my day reading, writing, etc. how does that sound?
here's to dreaming about a snowy winter full of ski slopes and hot cocoa!

i love the winter so very much and i can not wait to see the snow covered pasture, tolstoy in the snow the frozen rivers and the snow drenched trees, yet i am okay with this weather. this morning we had the craziest rain and wind storm it even blew a barn door and now the sun shines so brightly that you can not help but smile!
( but i am with you, i adore my seasons specially the cooler ones)
