lake tahoe {1}

we had a very relaxing weekend...
spending hours on the shore of
beautiful lake tahoe.

the water is oh so clear.
and oh so cold!

i watched the light show across the water,
the reflecting on the lake like constant fireworks.

i caught someone taking a lil' skinny-dip ;)
guess who?

yes, that would be ceej.
i couldn't believe he would brave the cold!

we set up our little day-camp on a small
peninsula overlooking the lake...

and of course, we brought a picnic!

it was oh so nice to get out into the woods,
watching birds, otters, and trees
in their environment.

can't wait to go back.
